If you have a love and hate relationship with doing exercise regularly, zumba might just change this. Zumba is a fusion of aerobics and dance routines. Although it is commonly identified with latin dance steps such as samba, salsa, mambo and merengue, Zumba also has hiphop and martial arts movements in it making it really interesting. It is far from being boring and it makes you sweat,  you wouldn’t even notice that an hour has passed. (one hour zumba group sessions is offered in most local gyms). Romwe Launches Donation Campaign to Talia’s Favorite Charity

This is an inspiring story about the brave angel Talia Joy Castellano. August 18thwould have been Talia’s 14th birthday. Talia contacted Romwe to join their fashion Vloggers Team last April.  With this opportunity, Talia and Romwe’s design Team, designed special leggings together.  Talia made popular her motto “make up is my wig“, and came with the idea of having  makeup-inspired images to be printed on the leggings.  Sadly, Talia was not able to enjoy the leggings when these was finished, as she was too sick. The Big C is so dreaded, and it’s very apparent that no one wants to put himself to the ‘dead end’ and be diagnosed with it.  Everytime I see someone, either a relative, friend, acquaintance or even a stranger suffering with cancer, the thought about life being so short and that it can easily be taken away from us at a snap of a finger bothers me. My heart goes out to them who have suffered and died from this dreaded disease, but sometimes it leaves me helpless as well, knowing that at most times, cancers are incurable.
