Malayan Colleges Mindanao is blended learning-ready for school reopening

Malayan Colleges Mindanao, A Mapúa School, is making preparations for the reopening of campus for limited face-to-face classes later this year or early next year. This follows the release of separate Joint Memorandum Circulars (JMC) of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Education (DepEd) with the Department of Health (DOH), namely, CHED-DOH JMC 2021-001 and DepEd-DOH JMC No. 001 s.2021, respectively. Based on CHED-DOH’s JMC 2021-001, Engineering, HRM, Tourism, and Marine Transportation programs have been approved for limited face-to-face classes. Filipina tennis prodigy and Globe Ambassador Alex Eala is seeded number 2 in the  junior girls’ tournament of the 2020 French Open at Roland Garros in Paris, France. Eala, who is returning to the Grand Slam events after the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled the US Open and Wimbledon Juniors Tournaments this year, is currently ranked 4th in the world juniors’ rankings, the highest ever so far by any Filipino tennis player.  She is also the highest ranked tennis player in Southeast Asia. An Extra Sarap Summer in Davao at the Jollitown Funtasy Land

  Last Saturday, May 9,  I excitedly brought my daughter Mikkie and her cousins Lara and Andie to a big event sponsored by Jollibee,  the Jollitown Funtasy Land.  The Jollitown Funtasy Land caravan made its way down south at the SMX Convention Center in SM Lanang Premier, Davao City  from 9AM-2PM and 3-8PM. GrabTaxi’s Investment Rises to US$ 90 million in 12 months

With Strong Focus on Driver-Passenger Experience GrabTaxi, Southeast Asia’s leading taxi-booking mobile phone app, has completed its Series C round of financing, one of the largest rounds in the history of Southeast Asia.
